The Gardens at HCP
The Gardens at HCP features a wide variety of themed areas and a horticulture college. It is located at 505 Quayle Rd, Victoria, BC V9E 2J7. If you are interested in plants, you may want to attend one of their workshops or classes. The botanical garden has many themed areas as well. This is a great place for kids of all ages. The gardens are free and are open to the public. During the off-season, they also host special events, including music concerts.Â
You can tour the gardens on your own or book a guided tour, but you should make a reservation at least two weeks in advance. There is a cafe on site serving brunch menus, and the Gardens at HCP also has a gift shop. The Gardens at HCP is located about 20 minutes north of Victoria.
The Horticulture Centre of the Pacific was built in 1979 to provide visitors with a year-round garden experience. It includes the largest outdoor Bonsai Garden in Canada. The centre also features a hands-on Children’s Garden, an herb garden, and a forest and wetlands habitat. The Gardens also feature many rare plants and sculptures.
The Gardens at HCP features a 9-acre botanical garden. It can accommodate up to 100 people, making it one of the most unique venues in Victoria. The venue won the award for Best Unique Wedding Venue and Best Elopement Experience in 2019. The enchanting location is home to a fragrant eucalyptus tree in the background, and a pond with bird sounds. The public is welcome to visit the gardens for free.Â
Over 3000 square feet of open-concept event space can be reserved for your event. The open-concept design features rustic concrete pillars, high ceilings, and polished concrete floors. The space is fully customizable and can accommodate any style. It can also accommodate a wide range of activities and groups.
